- Graduate High School
- Make sure attendance is not above 5 days missed.
- Try to stay withing the A and B range on grades.
- Take AP and Honors courses if possible to increase GPA.
- Go to college
- Take studies in criminal justice
- Look into various job shadow postions for officers
- Take initiative to research more about the departments and postions that the marshalls offer.
- go to the academy
- Physical and endurance test.
- Learning basic regulations and protocals as well as all the different codes.
- Culminate and sharpen each of these skills with consistant training.
- gain expierence
- learn the ropes as a basic patrol officer
- look into the requirements to qualify to be a marshal.
- rank up through the ranks in different departments to higher your chances of selection.
